1. General provisions

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data is collected through the Rusurway website, what it is used for, where it can be processed and what rights the user has.

Rusurway is an information and coordination service that helps users connect with independent professionals and partners in Argentina.

The site is used to provide information, receive prior applications and organize further interaction.Through the site no contracts are concluded and no payment is accepted.

Responsible for data processing is the owner of the Rusurway service. Regarding the processing of personal data you can write to: rusurway@gmail.com.

2. Data collected

When submitting the application, the user voluntarily provides:

• The name;
• contact for feedback, such as telephone number, email or user name in the messenger;
• Selected direction of assistance;
• the text and circumstances of the appeal;
• information about selected objects when applying for housing;
• other information that the user indicates in the message.

When visiting the website, technical data may also be processed automatically:

• the IP address;
• type of device, browser and operating system;
• Approximate location determined by the IP address;
• date, time and duration of the visit;
• viewed pages and actions performed on the site;
• source of transition;
• session identifiers, cookies and similar technologies.

Rusurway does not ask for passwords, bank card data, photos of identity documents, medical information and other sensitive data to be transmitted through the general form.

3. Voluntary provision of data

Provision of data through the form is voluntary.

To respond to the request, you must provide your name, method of feedback, direction of help and a brief description of the request. If this information is not provided or is incorrect, Rusurway may not be able to process the request or contact the user.

The user is not obliged to communicate information that is not necessary for the understanding and processing of his request.

4. Purposes of data use

The data obtained is used to:

• accepting and processing the treatment;
• contact with the user;
• clarify the content of the request;
• Choose a suitable independent specialist or partner;
• establish an initial communication;
• send the application to a selected specialist or partner with the consent of the user;
• coordinate further cooperation;
• ensuring the operation and security of the website;
• identify technical errors and abuses;
• analyze the visibility and effectiveness of the website;
• Improve the content and convenience of the site.

The data is not used to send advertisements and offers not related to the initial appeal, without the separate consent of the user.

5. Transfer to specialists and partners

If the processing of the request requires the involvement of an independent professional or partner, Rusurway may transmit the data necessary for the response and organization of the relevant service.

Depending on the request, the recipient may be a translator, accountant, lawyer, retailer, driver, homeowner or other suitable specialist or partner.

The transfer is limited to the information necessary for the processing of a specific request. Rusurway does not transmit to a specialist or partner data that is clearly not related to the respective request.

If possible, before the data transmission, the user receives information about the chosen specialist or partner and confirms consent to contact.

Once the data is received, an independent specialist or partner can independently determine the procedure for their further processing as part of direct interaction with the user.

6. Data processing and storage services

Applications can be sent to a closed Telegram channel, accessible only to persons involved in the processing of applications.

If the corresponding function is enabled, the query data may also be stored in the Supabase for call accounting and internal analytics.

To analyze the visibility and operation of the site can be used:

• Google Analytics;
• The Yandex Metrics;
• Vercel Analytics.

These services may receive technical data about the device, visits, source of navigation and user activities on the site. Their operators process the data in accordance with their terms and privacy policies.

Rusurway requests are accessed by the owner and coordinator of the service. Limited technical access may also be granted to infrastructure providers only to the extent necessary for the operation, protection and maintenance of the respective systems.

7. International data processing

Telegram, Supabase, Google, Yandex and Vercel may process or store data on servers located outside of Argentina.

The level of protection of personal data in the country of processing may differ from that established by Argentine law.When using such services, Rusurway takes reasonable measures to limit the composition of data transmitted and uses available contractual and technical safeguards.

If the international transfer of data in a particular case requires a separate consent of the user, such transfer is carried out after obtaining the corresponding consent.

8. Cookies and analytics

The website and related analytics services may use cookies and similar technologies.

Technically necessary cookies are used to operate, secure and maintain the status of the site. Analytical technologies are used to evaluate traffic and improve the site.

The user can restrict or delete cookies in the browser settings. The restriction of technically necessary cookies may affect the functioning of certain functions of the site.

If the site provides the opportunity to agree separately to analytics or opt out of it, the user's choice is saved according to the settings of the site.

9. Data retention period

These requests are stored only for the time necessary for the processing of the request and related interactions.

If the communication with the user is completed and there is no need to continue processing, the data will be deleted or depersonalized no later than 12 months after the last interaction, except where longer storage is required by law or reasonably necessary for the consideration of a claim or the protection of legitimate interests.

Non-personal analytical data that cannot identify a specific user may be stored for longer.

Technical and analytical data are stored for the period set by the settings of the respective services.

10. Data protection

Rusurway takes reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect data from loss, unauthorized access, modification, disclosure and other unauthorized use.

Access to requests is limited to those who need it for the processing of requests, coordination or maintenance.

At the same time, no method of transmission and storage of information on the Internet provides absolute security.

11. User rights

The User has the right:

• to find out whether their personal data is processed;
• access to their data;
• Request correction or update of inaccurate data;
• request the deletion of the data if there are no legitimate grounds for its further storage;
• withdraw prior consent for future processing;
• to obtain information about the purposes of processing and the recipients of the data.

In order to exercise these rights, it is necessary to rusurway@gmail.com and indicate information that allows to find the relevant application and confirm the identity of the applicant.

Requests for access shall be processed within the time limit specified by applicable law. Requests for rectification, updating or deletion of data shall be processed within five working days, unless a different time limit is specified by law.

Withdrawal of consent is valid for the future and does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to its receipt. Deletion may be limited if the retention of certain data is required by law or necessary for the handling of a dispute and the protection of legitimate interests.

The owner of the personal data has the right to obtain free access to his data with a periodicity of at least once every six months, unless more frequent access is due to a legitimate interest, in accordance with article 14, paragraph 3 of the Law of Argentina No. 25.326.

Argentina’s Public Information Access Agency – Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, AAIP – is the supervisory authority for Law No. 25.326 and receives complaints and appeals related to personal data protection violations: argentina.gob.ar/aaip.

12. User consent

Before submitting the form, the user must place a mark confirming that he has read this Privacy Policy and agrees to the processing of the data provided for the purpose of considering the application and the organization of the requested assistance.

If the request involves the transfer of data to an independent professional or partner, the consent also extends to the transfer of the necessary data to the appropriate category of recipients for the processing of the specific request.

13. Data of minors

The website is not intended for independent use by minors without the participation of their parents or legal representatives.

If Rusurway learns that the data of a minor has been transferred without the proper consent of the representative, such data will be deleted unless there is another legal basis for their processing.

14. Changes to the policy

Rusurway may update this Policy when the operation of the site, the services used or legal requirements change.

The new edition is valid from the date of publication indicated on the page. In case of substantial changes, the date of update is indicated at the beginning of the document.
